Modify existing account (Disable SMTP AUTH and POP3s)

Step 1. Open Outlook-Express. Choose Tools from menu string and Accounts from its sub-menu. see picture

Step 2. In Mail tab select desired account and click Properties. see picture

Step 3. In Servers tab uncheck My server requires authentication see picture

Step 4. In Advanced tab uncheck This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) for incoming and outgoing servers. POP3 and SMTP server port numbers should be set to 110 and 25 accordingly. Click OK. see picture

Step 5. Click Close.
