Modify existing account (Enable SMTP AUTH and POP3s)

Step 1. Open Microsoft Outlook. Choose Tools from menu string and Accounts from its sub-menu. see picture

Step 2. In the E-mail Accounts window choose View or change existing e-mail accounts then click Next. see picture

Step 3. Choose an account which should be modified and click Change. see picture

Step 4. Make sure mail.geonet.ge is used as incoming and outgoing server address. Click More Settings see picture

Step 5. In Outgoing Server tab check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and select Use same settings as my incoming mail server see picture

Step 6. In Advanced tab check This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) for incoming and outgoing servers. POP3 and SMTP server port numbers should be set to 995 and 25 accordingly. Click OK. see picture

Step 7. Return to Internet E-mail Settings window and click Next, then click Finish.
