how can Geonet offer me guaranteed speed in case of using ADSL service?

Answers:

1. Geonet gives you an opportunity to control statistics of Internet usage. You are given the special password for accessing your personal page and monitoring traffic on regular basis.

2. Your computer must have a network adapter with 10/100 baseT interface (in case of connection via Ethernet cable) or with USB interface (in case of connection via USB cable). Besides as signal is carried by two ADSL modems - one at the user end and one in the local exchange, you will need ADSL modem appropriate with Geonet ADSL one.

3. The priority is that ADSL supplies separate frequency channels over the same phone line.
ADSL operates over a normal telephone line. A 'splitter' (which is a filter), one at the user end and one at the exchange end, separates the telephony signal from the ADSL signal. This means that telephone calls can be made at the same time when data is being sent or received (i.e. a customer can surf the internet and still make telephone calls).

4. With ADSL you are able to achieve higher data rates over the line than ever before so that your phone service will have the same quality.

5. With ADSL technology you can upgrade the speed of your operation in Internet. It depends on the agreement made between you and the company.

6. In fact our ADSL technology is not depended on standard PSTN's capabilities.
ADSL stands for Asymmetric Digital Line. It uses the high-frequency capacity of copper lines to carry a high bandwidth signal to and from your local exchange.
